Aaron W. Beard
Aaron is a graduate of the ICF-Accredited Accomplishment Coaching Coaches Training Program. He lives, and coaches clients to live, on a gradient, challenging his clients to declare and fulfill on what they say matters to them. He is an unwavering stand that every person have the opportunity to create a life they love, because they say so. His experiences as a salesman and entrepreneur have led him to the realization that successful lives and businesses have less to do with what you do than how you "be” about what you do.
Prior to becoming a coach, Aaron was a transactional real estate attorney for Kaye Scholer LLP, Procopio LLP and The Guiltinan Group. He also tried his hand at class-action securities litigation with Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP. Aaron’s experience as an attorney gave him insight into the fact that he is inspired by supporting clients to solve their own problems rather than merely providing a solution for them (as attorneys often do). Between switching practice areas as an attorney, Aaron practiced as a financial adviser for UBS Financial Services creating a $15 million book of business in less than 2 years. Aaron received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he graduated Order of the Coif. Aaron’s path to coaching unknowingly began at the University of California at Berkeley where his senior thesis for his B.A. in Cognitive Science focused on the impact of language upon perspective in everyday life. Between college and law school, Aaron was a salesman, manager and sales consultant in the auto industry, practicing on the ground the methodologies that now underscore what he offers his clients in the area of business development.
